The Mosimann Collection

Welcome to The Mosimann Collection - a World Culinary Heritage, a unique partnership between internationally-renowned Chef Anton Mosimann and Swiss Education Group.

The collection highlights both the successful career of Swiss born Chef Anton Mosimann and his personal collection developed over five decades of passion for gastronomy. His many awards and honours, along with his reputation as the preferred chef of Royalty and Heads of State, stand as a testament to the phenomenal success of a man whose devotion has strongly marked the culinary world.

The Mosimann Collection offers the opportunity to see beyond his achievements to the man himself.  It includes a selection of gastronomy books covering 500 years of history, menus, recipes including contemporary pieces and his professional files, in addition to works of art by Swiss artists such as Marc Reist and Jean Tinguely, and Corpaato.

We are open to the public every Wednesday between 10am and 5pm and upon request during the rest of the week.
